Information for clients of Bank Vontobel AG, Vontobel Asset Management AG, Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors AG and Vontobel Securities AG.
As a client-centric investment firm, we consider the satisfaction of our clients to be paramount. Accordingly, in the event that we do not meet your expectations at any time, please let us know immediately. The best way to do this is to contact your Relationship Manager. Together we endeavour to find a way to resolve the issue.
However, if you are not able to reach an amicable solution with Vontobel through this process, you can contact the Swiss Banking Ombudsman. This is the Ombudsman service responsible for complaints against Vontobel in Switzerland, and it is a neutral information and mediation agency.
