Bank Vontobel AG has signed an agreement with Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) regarding the sale of cosmofunding. ZKB—an experienced issuing house with a wealth of experience and one of the most secure universal banks worldwide—will acquire the cosmofunding platform together with its employees and related services and integrate it into its current range of capital market products.
